3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. No-shows forfeit payment.
Prices are in KES and include conservation fees.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or environmental reasons.
4. Visitor Conduct
At Ambururu Waterfalls, you must:
- Stay on marked paths
- Respect wildlife and plants
- Follow guide instructions
- No littering, smoking, or alcohol
5. Donations
All donations are final and non-refundable. They support conservation, reforestation, and community programs. Receipts are issued for tax purposes in Kenya.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (text, photos, logos) is © 2025 Ambururu Waterfall Conservancy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Visits are at your own risk. We are not liable for:
- Injuries, loss, or damage during visits
- Changes in weather or site conditions
We provide safety briefings and guides.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for closures due to weather, government orders, or natural events.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in Siaya County courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
